Tuna Souffle

1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Garlic salt
1/3 ts Pepper
4 tb Flour
4 tb Milk
1 1/4 c Flaked tuna, drained
4 Egg whites, well beaten
Pinch of thyme
Parmesan cheese


Mix together the first 4 ingredients; slowly add milk; then tuna. Fold in beaten egg whites, then thyme. Pour into a well-buttered 2 quart souffle dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
