Tuna and Tomato Pasta

425 g Tin tuna (in springwater)
1 Finely chopped onion
1 ts Minced garlic
1/2 md Capsicum diced
8 md Mushrooms sliced
410 g Tin tomatoes chopped
4 tb Tomato paste
1 ts Mixed herbs
pn Basil, salt and sugar

Saute onion and garlic until transparent, then add capsicum and mushrooms and fry until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Lastly add the drained tuna and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

This pasta sauce can then be used on any preferred type of pasta.
