Tuna a La King

2 tb Butter
1 Green pepper; diced
1/4 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
2 c White sauce
2 cn Tuna; drained and flaked
1 tb Chopped pimiento
1 oz Dry sherry; optional
Salt and pepper to taste
English muffins


In a chafing dish (or heavy saucepan), melt butter and saute green pepper and mushrooms until pepper is tender. Add white sauce, tuna, pimiento, sherry, and salt and pepper. Heat and serve on warm muffings.
