Yogurt Cheese-tuna Spread

1 c Yogurt, plain lowfat
1/2 c Celery-coarsely chopped
Pepper-freshly ground
4 oz Tuna, water packed-drained
1 tb Grainy Mustard

Line a strainer with paper towels; place over a medium bowl and spoon in yogurt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Pour off and discard any liquid and turn yogurt cheese into the bowl. In small food processor, process tuna and celery until finely chopped. Add tuna mixture to yogurt cheese; stir in mustard and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
