Swissy Tuna

1 c White Chuck tuna in water;
1 tb Low-cal mayo;
1/2 ts Ts powdered garlic;
Cracked black pepper;
Salt to taste;
Sourdough bread;

Mix with fork until blended. Spread Dijon mustard, add swiss cheese on sourdough bread, and top with tuna. Serve with apple or pear.
