Grilled Tuna Sandwiches

1/2 lb Tuna
1/2 Lime
1 ts Thyme, dry
1 ts Dry cilantro
1 ts California chile pepper-mild
2 ts Garlic
3 tb Oil


Heat oil over medium heat. Slice tuna steaks till 1/4" thick. Put garlic in oil. Place tuna over garlic. Sprinkle pepper, cilantro and thyme over fillets. Brown one side then turn over. Put juice of lime over fillets and complete cooking. Serve as a sandwich with mayo and slices of avocado on top.
