Family-Size Tuna Melt

2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c Milk
13 oz Can tuna, drained
1/2 c Finely chopped celery
2 tb Sweet relish
6 sl American cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into rectangel, 12 x 8 inches, on greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top with cheese slices. Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
