Tuna and Green Onion Tempura

2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. salt

Sift above together.
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/3 cups skim milk

Mix well the eggs, oil and milk.
1 can Tuna, flaked
1 bunch green onion, chopped

Mix dry ingredients to egg mixture. Add Tuna and green onion. Do not over mix. Drop by 1 tablespoon, deep fry at about 375 degrees F.
