Tuna a la Aspen

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna in water, drain
1 sm. box frozen chopped spinach
2 sm. or med. tomatoes
1 lemon (juice of 1 whole)
12-16 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/4 c. real mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt to taste

Steam spinach and drain all water. Place in bowl and add tuna. Mix in mayonnaise, peppers, lemon juice and salt. Mix all together. Place in oven safe individual small bowls or large oven safe bowl. Top with diced tomatoes and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese starts to brown.
