Swiss Tuna Quiche

1 (9") unbaked pastry shell
1 (13 oz.) can Chicken of the Sea tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash ground nutmeg


Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes and remove to cool. In large bowl toss together next 3 ingredients, then remaining with the seasoning, mixing well. (Richard varies recipe by adding half can cream of celery soup as part of the cheese measure!) Bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8. Perfect dish for the beach or sending to a covered-dish-dinner. Delicious also without the pastry shell. May also vary the meats using 1 cup of either minced ham, chicken pieces or turkey pieces.
