Sweet Pepper Tuna Steaks

1/4 the sauce from barbecued
chicken recipe -- about 1 cup
1 lemon -- for juice
4 tuna steaks -- each 6 to 8 ozs and about 1" thick
3 tablespoons spicy tomato butter


Combine the barbecue sauce and lemon juice.Marinate tuna in this mixture for 20 minutes. Grill tuna over or broil under a hot fire until browned and firm,about 5 minutes per side,basting the tuna with sauce every 2 minutes.Remove tuna to a platter and dollop each piece with 2 teaspoons of the tomato butter. Makes 4 servings....
