Salmon - Tuna Loaf

1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can (2 cups) Salmon or 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna, drained
1 cup medium white sauce
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Pet milk
1/2 cup celery
1 beaten egg

Add lemon juice to Salmon or Tuna. Also white sauce, milk, salt, egg, celery and crumbs. Mix well. Bake in greased dish, 30 minutes at 350 degrees F or until brown.
