Parmesan Tuna Spread

1 7 oz can solid white tuna
4 ounces Parmesan cheese -- grated
1 tablespoon mayonnaise


Drain tuna, place in small bowl, and flake with a fork. Then, rubbing tuna between fingers, flake very finely. Blend parmesan cheese in blender until powder-fine. Mix cheese and mayonnaise into tuna with a fork. Mixture should be almost smooth, but fairly dry.
