Linguine with Tuna

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red pepper -- chopped
1 green pepper -- chopped
1 onion -- chopped
10 milliliters garlic -- minced
1 pound tuna; grill -- cut bite-size
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
6 tomatoes -- chop
ds Cumin
ds Turmeric
Salt and pepper
Linguine; cook al dente


Saute peppers, onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add tomatoes, tuna, vinegar, spices and capers. Serve over pasta.
