Cream Tuna

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 large can tuna or two (6 1/2 ounce) tuna.

Melt butter over low flame, mix flour in butter. Add milk slowly. Should be no lumps. Heat over medium flame. Let mixture thicken, then add drained tuna. Cook slowly to warm. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over toast or biscuits.
