Barbecue Tuna

6 oz. Tuna
1/4 cup onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar


Combine in saucepan. Simmer until juice consistency for sandwiches, 45 minutes to 1 hour.


Serves 4 to 6; can be tripled .
