Wheat Free Tuna Biscuits

1 c Yellow cornmeal
1 c Oatmeal
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 cn Oil-packed tuna - sm. can
1/3 c Water

Grind oatmeal in a blender or food processor until it makes a coarse flour. Combine oatmeal flour and other dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend tuna with oil - DO NOT DRAIN - and water in the blender/food processor until pureed. Add to dry ingredients and stir until misture forms a ball.

Knead on a floured board for about five minutes. Divide dough in half. With a rolling pin, roll each half into a flat sheet about 1/8 to 1/4" thick. Cut into desired shapes. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for about 20 t0 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool and enjoy.
