Sherry Tuna Scallop

1 pk Scalloped potato mix
1 c Onion; chopped
3 tb Margarine; melted
3 tb Flour
1 c Sherry, cooking
2 cn Tuna; drained
1/2 c Cheese; shredded
1/2 c Mayonnaise
ds Tabasco
1 ts Mustard, prepared

Prepare potatoes as directed on package; add onion. Bake 20 minutes. Combine margarine, flour, salt, and pepper; stir over low heat until bubbly. Add sherry, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thick. Fold in tuna. Pour tuna mixture over potatoes; stir to blend together. Combine cheese, mayonnaise, Tabasco, and mustard. Spread over tuna and potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
