Macaroni Casserole

1 lb. macaroni
2 cans Tuna
bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
6 to 8 slices cheese
1 1/2 cups milk


Cook macaroni as usual. In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and then stir in 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper. On low heat, add 1 1/2 cups milk and the cheese slices. Stir until melted. Place macaroni in a buttered casserole dish. Mix in the cans of Tuna. Pour the melted cheese over the top and sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Place in a 400 F oven and cook for 30 minutes.
