Hot Seafood Casserole

3 cups cooked rice = 1 1/2 cups water + 1 1/2 cups uncooked Minute rice
1 can white meat Tuna
1 can deveined Shrimp
1 can Crab Meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup diced celery and 1/2 cup diced onion (simmer and drain)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


Mix all ingredients, put in a 9" x 13" pan. Cover and refrigerate until ready.


Topping:


1 cup corn flake crumbs
1 cup sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. butter


Saute corn flake crumbs and almonds in butter. Put on top and bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
