Green River Casserole

1 medium onion
1 family size box macaroni & cheese
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper
Water
1 bell pepper
1 (9 1/2 oz.) can Tuna fish
1 cup milk (powdered or fresh)
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (optional)


Saute onion and pepper in butter. Cook macaroni as directed on box (in same pot with onions). Add drained Tuna fish, salt, pepper, and optional cheese; heat until all liquid is absorbed.
