Chinese Casserole

1 large can Tuna, drained
1 cup celery, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/2 cup broken cashews
1 small can sliced water chestnuts

Layer in order given above into 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with 1 can of chow mein noodles. Bake 30 minutes at 375 F.

Serves 4-6

Nice luncheon dish with rice on side, tea and fortune cookies.
