Unbelievable Tuna Casserole

1 (12 oz.) can Tuna (in water, not oil), drained and flaked
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
8 oz. egg noodles
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
3 (10 oz.) packages frozen, cut broccoli or spinach, cooked and drained

Combine soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, garlic and mix well. Fold in noodles, chestnuts, peppers. Fold in FLAKED Tuna. Put into LIGHTLY greased baking dish. Add drained and cooked broccoli. (Do not over cook broccoli, it's better slightly under cooked). Top with cheese. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
