Tuna Potato Casserole

1 lb. potatoes, peeled & cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 shallot, chopped
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 can Tuna, drained
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
Lemon juice

Combine potatoes, shallot, water, salt and pepper in 2 quart casserole. Cover and cook on high 3 minutes, remove. Layer peas and Tuna over potatoes. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Spoon undiluted soup over Tuna layer. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook 5 more minutes. Sprinkle crushed potato chips over top before serving.
