Tuna Noodle Casserole

4 1/2 cups (6 oz.) wide egg noodles
1 can (12.5 oz.) Tuna
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup red pepper
1/4 cup green onion slices

Heat oven to 350 F. Cook pasta; drain. In large bowl stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, milk and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Add hot pasta, Tuna, broccoli, peppers and onion. Stir. Place mixture in 2 quart baking dish. Cover, bake 40-45 minutes.
