Tuna Casserole

3 cups macaroni
1 (6 1/4 oz.) can Tuna
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, minced
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup celery, minced (optional)

Boil the macaroni in 4 quarts of salted water about 8 to 10 minutes and drain. Saute the onion in the butter or margarine until clear and add to the macaroni. Add the cream of mushroom soup and Tuna. Add the celery if desired. Add the pepper. Stir well and pour into a casserole. Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes or until top is browned. A good pot luck dish.
