Tuna Casserole

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. shortening
4 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/8 can evaporated milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup potato chips


Brown onions in melted shortening until some of the onion is slightly burned. Add flour and mix. Add soup and mix well. Add milk, mix well and cook mixture until boiling, stirring constantly. Add flaked Tuna and lemon juice. Pour into casserole and fold in potato chips. Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
