Tuna Casserole

1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans Tuna
1 pack onion soup
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Potato chips for garnish
1/2 box medium shell noodles

Prepare noodles. Do not overcook. Melt butter in frying pan; add milk, careful not to boil; stir in flour. Add cheese to white sauce; when it is melted and smooth, add onion soup, tomatoes, Tuna and salt and pepper. In bottom of greased 2 1/2 quart casserole, put 1/3 of sauce, then 1/2 of noodles. Continue to layer. On top, crumble 1 small bag of approximately 1/2 cup potato chips.
