Tuna Casserole

1 package small egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna fish
1 (8 oz.) package sour cream
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 soup can water
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 stick margarine


Place cooked noodles in an ovenproof 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix together mushroom soup, Tuna, bell pepper, sour cream, onion and water. Pour over cooked noodles. Place in a 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. While casserole is cooking, mix melted margarine with bread crumbs. When casserole is almost done top with hot buttered bread crumbs and brown. One fourth pound Ritz crackers, crushed may be substituted for bread crumbs.


Serves 4-6
