Tuna Cheese Casserole

1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 can milk
1 can Tuna fish in water
1 can peas
Shredded cheese

Brown onion and celery in butter; add Cheddar cheese soup and milk, mix until soup and milk is smooth. Add Tuna and noodles, mix until well coated, add peas last. Pour into a small baking pan or casserole dish, top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown.

Different soups can be substituted: Cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, cream of celery. Also, recipe can be doubled for more people. Just put in a 9" x 13' cake pan.
