Perfect Tuna Casserole

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, packed in water or oil
1 1/4 cups potato chips, crushed
1 cup cooked green peas, unsalted and drained

Empty soup into a casserole dish (1 1/2 quart); add milk and mix thoroughly. Add Tuna, 1 cup potato chips and peas to soup, stir well. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup potato chips.

Bake in at 350 F for 20 minutes.

This is a versatile recipe; use cooked chopped chicken and cream of chicken soup or cooked ground beef and cream of celery soup. Also, use cooked carrots or mixed vegetables.
