Creamy Tuna and Noodle Casserole

1/2 lb. egg noodles, uncooked
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup crushed potato chips


Cook noodles and drain. Combine noodles, Tuna, peas, onion and green pepper in small bowl. Blend soup, sour cream, milk, cheese and salt and pepper. Add noodles to mixture; mix well. Pour in a 2-quart bowl. Top with chips. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.


Serves 4-6
