Company Tuna Casserole

3 cans Tuna, drained
5 cups cooked noodles
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
Flour
Milk
Grated onion
Salt
Pepper
Bread crumbs
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup


In quart size saucepan, cook chopped mushrooms in 2 to 3 tablespoons margarine till limp. Remove mushrooms leaving juices. Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons flour into juices. Grate in onion to taste when bubbling add 1 to 2 cups milk and make sauce. Add soup to sauce; set aside. Layer in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Noodles, Tuna, and sauce, noodles, Tuna and sauce, ending with sauce. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
