Chopstick Tuna Casserole

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
2 cups chow mein noodles
1 (7 oz.) can white Tuna, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped roasted cashews
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups water chestnuts, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine soup with water. Add 1 cup noodles with Tuna, celery, onion, cashews, cheese, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Top with remaining noodles. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
