Chinese Tuna Casserole

1 can Tuna, broken into small chunks
3 oz. can chow mein noodles
1 cup thin sliced celery
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup chicken broth or water
1/2 cup whole salted cashew nuts
1/4 cup minced onion
Salt & pepper

In saucepan put the soup, milk or broth, 1 cup noodles, the celery, cashews, onion and salt and pepper. Heat and stir in the Tuna. Pour into a quart casserole and bake 20 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle the remaining noodles on top and bake 5 minutes more.

Serves 4
