Cheddar Cheese Tuna Casserole

1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
2 cups or 4 oz. cooked noodles, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1 (4 oz.) package Kraft Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos

Saute onion in margarine. Add soup and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into 1 quart size casserole and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Top casserole with remaining cheese and continue baking until melted. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over casserole.

Serves 4
