Baked Tuna Noodle Casserole

1 envelope Lipton's noodle soup mix (with real chicken broth)
2 1/2 cups boiling water
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
White pepper
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna, drained and flaked
2 cups drained, cooked or canned peas
1 cup drained, small white onions
1 cup soft buttered bread crumbs

In small saucepan, cook soup mix in water. In other saucepan, melt margarine; blend in flour and pepper, gradually stir in hot soup and cook until thickened. Add Tuna and fold in peas and onions. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes.
