Fifteen Minute Tuna Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup water
6 1/2 oz. can Tuna, drained
2 cups China Boy rice noodles
1/2 cup cashews, slivered almonds or peanuts


Combine 1 cup noodles with all except nuts. Put into ungreased baking dish. Cover with the other cup of noodles and sprinkle with the nuts. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes.


Serves 4.


Double recipe for 9" x 13" pan. Optional: Garnish with mandarin orange slices, pineapple chunks, or slices of fresh peaches.
