1 2 3 Casserole

1 (7 oz.) package elbow macaroni (2 cups uncooked)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Carnation evaporated milk
1/2 cup grated American cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained


Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. In same pan, heat soup, evaporated milk, cheese and Tuna. Stir in cooked macaroni and serve immediately.
