Stuffed Manicotti

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Tuna
2 1/2 slices fresh bread, cubed
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 manicotti shells
2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
1 cup milk or water or 1/2 cup of each

Combine fish, bread, onion, eggs. Meanwhile, cook manicotti shells in boiling salted water - 10 minutes. Drain - rinse - cool. Stuff manicotti with Tuna fish mixture and place in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Combine soups, milk or water and 2 tablespoons parsley flakes. Heat until creamy. Pour over manicotti - be sure to get some underneath manicotti. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.
