Seafood Bake

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (7 oz.) can Tuna or Crab, drained, flaked
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small can Shrimp, drained
1 cup diced celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 cups cooked rice or 1/2 cup raw

Combine soup, mayonnaise and milk in a 2 quart casserole. Mix in Shrimp, Tuna, Crab, chestnuts, celery, parsley, onions, glutamate and rice. Bake, covered in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. (If making ahead of time and storing in refrigerator, bake 45 minutes.)
