Baked Seafood Newburg

2 cups medium thick cream sauce
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 cup pimento strips
1 (7 oz.) can solid pack Tuna
1 (4 1/2 to 6 1/2 oz.) can Shrimps
1 (5-6 oz.) can Crab Meat
2/3 cup coarse dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine


Combine cream sauce, seasonings, lemon juice, and sherry. Mix well. Add pimentos, oil from Tuna, Tuna broken into chunks, and drained Shrimps and Crab Meat. Mix lightly. Put in a baking dish. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter. Arrange in a border on top of mixture. Bake in a hot oven (425 F) for about 20 minutes, until heated through.
