Zucchini and Tuna

3 Tbsp. margarine
1 cup shredded zucchini, drained
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 can Tuna, drained
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill
6 oz. noodles, cooked
Cracker crumbs

In large saucepan melt margarine. Stir in zucchini, green peppers, celery and onion; cook until soft. Blend in next 7 ingredients until thickened. Add cooked noodles. Place in 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs. Warm at 325 F until heated through.

Serves 2-3
