Tuna Zucchini Quiche

2 cups shredded zucchini
3/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cans Tuna, drained
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed

Mix zucchini with 1/2 teaspoon salt, let stand 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Combine zucchini with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour in greased 10" quiche pan or 9" deep dish pie pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
