Tuna with Tomatoes and Parsley and Shells

5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
Parsley, dried
1 large can Italian Plum Tomatoes
2 cans Tuna in olive oil (6 1/2 oz. cans)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. box medium shells


Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic and saute. Stir in parsley and cook 1/2 minute. Mix in tomatoes (crush with hands) reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 25 minutes.


Meanwhile cook shells according to directions on box. Drain Tuna and break into small pieces and put in tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes uncovered. Drain shells put in large bowl. Pour in Tuna mixture. Tastes good with grated Italian cheese.
