Tuna Quiche

1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
1 (6 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chives
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 F. Distribute Tuna over bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle cheese and onion over Tuna. Beat together eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings, pour over Tuna mixture. Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 350 F and bake for 12 to 15 minutes longer or until top is golden. Variations: Substitute Shrimp, ham or bacon for the Tuna.
