Tuna Quiche

1 pie crust, unbaked
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chives
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 450 F. Bake crust 5 minutes. Flake Tuna on bottom. Sprinkle on cheese, onion. Beat eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour over Tuna mixture. Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes. Decrease temperature to 350 F; bake 12 to 15 minutes longer, until top is golden. Let set 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. May use Shrimp.
