Tuna pecan Ball

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can solid white Tuna, drained and flaked
3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
3 Tbsp. diced onion
3 Tbsp. diced celery
5 pimiento-stuffed olives, diced
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Combine all ingredients, except pecans; stir well. Shape into a ball; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Roll in pecans; cover and chill. Serve with assorted crackers.


Yield: about 2 cups
