Tuna Oriental

3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can Tuna, drained
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/2 cup cashews (opt.)

Place celery, onion and butter in 1 quart casserole. Heat in oven on full power for 3 minutes or until celery and onion are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, using only 1 cup of chow mein noodles. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Top with remaining chow mein noodles. Cook in oven on full power for 6 to 7 minutes, or until heated through and temperature of 150 degrees is reached.

Yield: 4 to 5 servings
