Tuna Or Chicken Bunwiches

1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can Tuna or chicken, drained and flaked
1/3 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup shredded carrots
2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. minced onion
1 (10) package refrigerated biscuits
1 egg, beaten


Mix together first 6 ingredients. Separate biscuits. On floured surface roll into 5 x 3 inch ovals. Spoon Tuna or chicken mixture into 4 ovals. Top with 4 ovals. Moisten between edges, seal by pressing with fork. Cut desired shapes from remaining ovals with cookie cutters. Place on top; brush surface with egg on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes or until browned.
